Reading Books ~ We will send home reading books every week, and encourage you to read with your child multiple times per week.
PE ~ PE is once per week, day to be confirmed with the class teacher. We kindly ask that your child must come to school already wearing their school PE kit on this day. We recommend that your child wears trainers/pumps, jogging bottoms/leggings or shorts, and a plain white t-shirt or polo. No jewellery to be worn.
Snack and Water bottles ~ We provide your child with a healthy snack and a drink of milk daily. Water bottles must be brought to school on a daily basis. Please note, the bigger the water bottle the better or simply provide your child with two bottles of water as it is vitally important that they drink enough during the school day.
Communication ~ Clear communications with our Abermorddu families is of great importance. Class teachers will be using SeeSaw to communicate with parents. Therefore, please check your notifications on a daily basis. All main school information will continue to be sent via the main school office via email.
Apps ~ We encourage the use of the following apps at home. Your child will be given login details by us for Doodle Maths, TenTown and Oxford Owl.
